1.     No rush orders. We don't want to comrpomise the quality of arrangements.

2.     Strictly NO CANCELLATION of fully paid orders.

3.     Products may be delivered in bud stage to ensure longer life.

4.     In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any of the flowers or packaging materials with a product of equivalent or greater value without notice.

5.     We try to keep the representation of the colors of our products as accurate as possible.     However, due to the inconsistencies of display monitors along with the natural variations of our products, the colors you see on your screen are intended only as guide.
